Oh, good. ;) So, one of the ones right under the head then, right? I'll pull it apart tomorrow. It was the hose right at the head that popped (literally made a popping sound when it ripped open). I wonder if the ktms use the same orings... Thanks!

As much as it pains me to say this, the KTM o- rings are the way to go for replacements.Marylander wrote: ↑Thu Apr 04, 2019 7:53 pm Looks like the ktm o-rings will work. Will pull it apart first then head to JT tomorrow...

So your bike is really a KTM. Yeah, apparently the 2 stroke engine designers bounce around between manufacturers as needed and keep some things at the same spec for all of them. So most, if not all, of the euro brands have engines with strong similarities.trialsrider wrote: ↑Fri Apr 05, 2019 2:55 amSo your bike is really a KTM. The piston and cylinder still look like new, a scathing condemnation of my lack of riding in the last couple years... I had thought I would use the stock computer to track use but its been less reliable than I would like. I should get an hour meter when I'm at JT.

Re: Riding 3/17 plus a really hot bike
The bike is all back together. I replaced the CF skid plate with an EE AL one; prettied the bike back up (silly, I know); swapped in a shinko mx216 90/90 front tire/added tubliss; repacked the silencer; mounted a new gnarly pipe; put on some samco hoses/clamps (eliminating the thermostat); went to a richer needle and main jet; and probably other stuff.
I balanced the front wheel and it took a buttload of weight. I had just thrown a couple of the big weights on before since the front wheel was wanting to hop while going down the road but this time I actually put it on the balancer.

Looks great. What is the piece over the air filter cover?
