Yes, I will need to do some weekday rides to make it worth it too!Wingfixer wrote:Count me in. I guess between the few weekends I can get away and some weekday riding with Bucho I can make it worth it.

Re: RAC riding 2017
I had one a few years back and found some good stuff right near Hecksherville, 901 to Valley rd. I believe I parked in a field off of Thomaston rd. I was told that would be a good place to park by the lady @ RAC. I found one good loop that went down a small creek, not next to but through it. I had a decent loop but then some of it was blown away....literally blown away! I still have the tracks on an old GPS...if it still works. There was an area with a bunch of pretty tough hill climbs right near there also. Long story short(ish). I'm in but we just bought a new to us house and the honey do list keeps getting longer.

Re: RAC riding 2017
I was wondering what is everyone's preferred riding event.
My last trip I just rode the trails. No food just ride. On the bike 5 hours riding.
I did stop to warn my hands 2 times. How does a DAMN group ride go?
Is there a general routine?
I am ready to go.

Depends. Some places like the MotoCove, Taskers, Grandvilles, its sort of set up well for doing loops and occasionally coming back to the van/trucks. I pretty much always bring at least snacks if not a bag lunch. Its nice to take a break and have a little lunch or something.2way2wheels wrote:I was wondering what is everyone's preferred riding event.

But some rides, once we leave the staging area, we don't come back till we are done. I will still usually have snacks or something in my pack.
In the past we, one of us would sometimes bring a little hibachi or grill and do hotdogs or burgers. Which is awesome! But a little time consuming. Unless one guy volunteers to get the coals going while the others go on a short loop. Jed actually brought hotdogs last time at Taskers which was cool!

When I went to RAC I usually stopped at the Subway @ 443 across from the McDonalds.
