Took about 20 minutes to mount. Now to get another "Safety Third" sticker...

I do like that - I wonder what it would cost for multiple slogans

Something simple like how Honda has the band aid with "stupid hurts".
Some cartoon like figure of a rider going over the bars with the "Safety third DAMN Riders".
I suck at drawing or I would sketch something.

Price should be about the same no matter what the slogan is... maybe come up with a couple of the top choices and people can get the one they like best (or get multiple). For the price of one with your name on it you could almost get two without name but with different slogans. Options are always nice (pun intended).

P.S. The new headlight looks good Ken!

The original stator in my '05 always had trouble keeping the battery charged with the headlight on. I recently switched it out with a new trailtech stator kit. Now it works like it should even with a new ktm cooling fan. I think the trailtech unit is 100w.

I used to have that problem too. I put a European switch on the allows me to turn off the headlight. Works well. I have a TrailTech stator that came with the bike but just haven't gotten around to putting it on - that is a winter project.

Test ride at night

works pretty good - the high beam is too high - need to adjust the aiming

on another note, the (*&^%$#@! brakes are soft again :wallbash:

I wish it was that easy - I've flushed it several times and at the Hammer Run, the factory KTM guys flushed it too.
