What's the deal with chow? Do people usually carry their own or are there opportunities to grab something on the route?

Last year, I had a pretty decent sub from the WaWa where we gassed up. I did that both days.

There are places to stop. They are several restaraunts almost on the route. I'm pretty sure the place we ate at a few weeks ago is along the way.
Quite a few people last year, were pretty beat by the time they stopped for lunch. They bagged the afternoon's riding and hung out and drank beer.

Thanks Phil. I had an idea there might be opportunities to stop but the Barrens is no place to be without food. :-)

we usually always carry a couple of energy type bars in our tank bags down here but there will be places along the route to get food. this big sat ride is gonna leave no time to dauddle so a sit down lunch and you will have to bail out towards the end or risk missing the big dinner.

Looks like you left quite a dent in his rear rim. Ouch.
