Final call thread for the DAMN 2009 Pine Barrens trip, September 4th, 5th and 6th.
The plan is to arrive on Friday the 4th and spend the night, ride Saturday the 5th and spend the night, then head for home Sunday the 6th.
I checked on rooms at the Ramada today and found that there are none available so I guess it's Hawkins Bridge camping for me both nights.
SallyDog can provide details about the camping at Hawkins Bridge.

Camping. Coming in late Friday night. Setting up tents w/ flashlights and the campfire light that hopefully someone else has already gotten going.

I have the Garmin MapSource file that SallyDog provided for our ride next weekend. Anyone wishing to upload it to their GPS prior to the trip please contact me via PM and I will email it.

you should be able to zoom out on this map and get a location. just switch it to "road". i would be the spokesman to make the reservations. i would pick them up friday. $2 per person per nite. i would need a count. they have porta johns and a well (fresh water) on location. we would be isolated so a generator and lighting would be no problem. there are a gazLION miles of riding for anyone who wanted to just f_ck around. no ama required but registration on the bikes is a must. looking foward to this weekend.
