Buck twenty five operation

Post by B DIRT »

Ok rode hard and put away clean and shiney :brows: Its been time for a top end for awhile so I ordered a wiseco top end kit from motosport.com for 198.00 shipped and it included a new GP series wiseco piston, ring, wrist pin, bearing, and wiseco gasket set in one neat little box. I check compression and it was down to 150psi :censored: Like I said its been time for a topend. It only took about an hour and a half and man its sounds good. I opened it up last thursday evening and fired it up got her good n hot and then let her cool and repeated that night. Sunday I rode it on and off for about an hour and WOW this mutha is snappy  I recently put new chain and sprokets on it from rocky mountain and went with the stock gearing. The bike uses the GP series piston that has no intake window, its had porting done by the previous owner to take advantage of the pistons design so I continue to go with that. I had put a fresh topend in it when I got it and probally had somewhere like 30-40 hours on it, and yes I know better. So heres the patient...
