Didn't get nearly as much time on the dirt / gravel as hoped today, but I did slide in her first water crossing. Seemed a little timid the first mile on the gravel, after that she was right there behind me non-stop. Even hit a gravel road that seemed like they dumped sand all over it. Talk about a pain to ride on....only about an 1" thick of that then hard packed gravel underneath makes for a lot of sliding.
Had thought about going down to Prices to do that water crossing, but didn't make it that far. I had a headache the second I woke up and it continued to get worse throughout the day. But all in all, she did really well. Makin' me wish I had something lighter to push her into doing a little more difficult stuff.
