1986 HONDA XL 250

Posting this for my cousin. Bike is not running. Bike has been sitting for at least 10 years. Motor locked up when riding it. He says the head is cracked? Would need carbs rebuilt/replaced, head repaired/replaced & possible other work. It has approximately 20,000 miles. Great parts bike. Make a reasonable offer.

He bought this used in 1993 to ride with me on my xr250. I bought my first dual sport in 1995 or so - dr250s. Our first ride & the motor locked up 10 minutes from the house. He attempted to fix it, but didn't succeed. I've tried to talk him into fixing it, but he has no interest. Hard to believe it's been over 10 years ago. He doesn't know what he's missing.
