Phoo and I are taking our families to Mountain Ridge the weekend of 8/26. Camping Friday night, riding, camping again Saturday night. If anyone wants to join us, the more the merrier.

Kiddo and I should be there Fri/Sat at a minimum. Not sure if the wife is coming yet or not. What camp spot are you guys in Skinny J? Phoo said he had the spot reserved beside you for Sat night. I'll try to get it for Fri night.

Thanks. Looks like Phoo's spot for Sat was already booked for Fri night so they gave me C-16. Apparently there is power (RV hookups) in that spot in the field now. Can use to charge the bikes. I should have put A/C in the van and gone more during the summer :)

I'm bringing a friend along: Mac and his son Henry. Henry is same age as my son. He hasn't ridden but did scoot around the house on one of the SurRons once and loved it. Hope to turn them loose so they can ride together.

Current plan is to get there noon-ish on Fri and ride around a little weather permitting.

Glad you could join us, Stephen! And thanks again for letting me ride your Ultra Bee. That thing was cool. And also to Skinny J for letting me ride his 300 on the single track at the end of the day. Even if my DRZ wasn't being a b*tch, it would have been tough on those trails.

The punchline is the DRZ started right up Sunday morning. And when I got home. Intermittent problems are the worst problems. But I am strongly suspecting it's some sort of fueling issue because I doubt it's heat since the bike doesn't get hot before it dies. And I don't think it's a wiring issue because it "fixes" itself when it's just sitting there. And it seems roughly time based for when it dies. But I dunno. Intermittent issues suck to diagnose. ><
