Thanks for letting me ride today, Phil.

Turns out my battery issue was actually a locked up starter. It was a Chinesium replacement from Amazon. There's an OEM on it's way, now.

Jed had some starter issues and his bike was being pretty difficult to kick as well.

He did pretty well for not having ridden in a year

We found a cool turtle. He was going the wrong way on a trail. We both narrowly avoided him.

The 2nd time thru this trail I didnt quite make this obstacle. I know it looks flat, but its a bank with a step up. And you have to turn in about a bike length so there is little run up. My rear caught the root and was kicked out to the left. I dropped the bike and hopped back down the bank.

Tricky spot. Good place to practice.
