DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

I'm planning on an ADV day ride to probably Michaux this Tuesday or Wednesday if anybody is interested. I'll be leaving from and returning to Kent Island MD. Sorry for the late notice. And planning means I just looked at the weather and it looks good and why not. That's the extent of my plans. Pretty flexible

Last week I did a spur of the moment ride up 213 to Chesapeake City and rode the canal road. Nice day

I can do 6-1, not available for 5-31. It was good times last year. Let's ride!

Great. Let’s plan on 6/1. My plan was to ride 50 to 97 to 32. I think we met along 32 last time, right? Then ride to Michaux and pick up the Ridge road same place as last time (where it hits 997) and just ride that. Maybe this time we can check out some of the side roads off Ridge Rd. Maybe cut back through Gettysburg or somewhere else to get a beer on the way home. That was my not much of a plan, but I’ll do whatever.

Where do you want to meet and what time? I’d like to be riding in Michaux by 11 or so. Ride for 2 or 3 hours there and then start home by 2 and try to beat some of rush hour.

Again, if that doesn’t work for you I’ll do whatever. I just want to get the bike in more gravel to see how it goes.

Yes, it was Liberty Rd and rt32. There is an Exxon at the intersection. We can meet at 9- 9;30am, just like last time. You pick the time, I'll meet you there.

That’s in Edlersburg, right? 9:30 works for me. If you have anywhere you’d like to ride, or some particular way to get to michaux, I’m in. Otherwise we can try my half-assed plan.

If I can make my sched work for tomorrow, I would like to go ride with you guys. 700 needs a leg stretch. I know that Exxon/Intersection. that's about 1.5 hours from Annapolis. If I can make it, I will run up 32 all the way-and plan to be there by 0915. I'll post if I can make it later today-

If you can make it and want to ride together up 97 and 33 from Annapolis, let me know. I’ll be coming from Kent Island. Or if you want to ride a different route from Annapolis, that works for me.

I'm taking off Thursday morning to meet up with some friends in Buchanan VA off I-81. We base out of a cheesy old inn there where we can park the bikes outside the rooms and pretty much take over the parking lot for cooking out and other evening antics. The day rides we do from there and I'll return home Sunday evening.
