use the past tense please! We got the State to buy 3,000 acres and create Wold Den State Run Park for ORVs and they are now considering buying an additional 3,000 acres. The recently appointed Director for Recreation in DNR is a former MDOHVA board member and an avid wheeler. Times are changing!
