Crofton, MD to Michaux and back 10/2

Sonny on his new HD Pan America and me on my old Buell XB9XS are planning on meeting somewhere around Crofton and street riding up to Michaux, riding the Ridge Rd., and riding back on 10/2. The Buell has about 4" of ground clearance and is semi-sport bike in riding position (can't stand up) so I'll be really slow in Michaux. If anybody wants to join in, or if anybody has a suggestion for a lunch spot or cold beverage later in the day spot, that'd be great.

I'm interested. I'm on a DRZ and live near Towson. If you guys are avoiding interstates and can meet me somewhere on the route, I'm in.

Sounds like a plan. Ill wait till John chimes in since he's done the route from Crofton. I believe he mentioned 32.. You're coming from Towson, I see 26 crosses 32 at Eldersberg?
edit: meeting JohnF at 10930 Guilford Rd Annapolis Junction Md 20701 (7 Eleven gas station) at 8am. Head up 32 and should put us up at Eldersburg easily by 9am. That point we can all decide what route to take, or let the Garmin do the work, windy roads and no interstates to Michaux. Im estimating 11 am et. to Michaux?

Thanks again John! Good to meet you Bart. Learned a lot especially the last few miles before lakeshore rd, Rocky section. Sorry about the slab ride on the way back Fellas was trying to get home before dark, 330 mile day and loved every bit of it. can’t wait for the next go around

the Buell was very confidence inspiring for me

its all the rider though nevertheless I had zero excuses, learned a lot. Sounds wicked on the tarmac when driving by, almost hear and feel it pulsate. Had to look it up, thought it was made by Rotax back then..actually Milwaukee.
