Now I know why the SR rear brakes went from bad to worse. The remaining pad material flaked off as I pulled them out. Put in new Shimano pads and will bleed with high quality fluid. It's funny that I've set the fronts basically on fire w/ the supermoto wheels and almost never use the rear brakes myself but those are the ones that are paper thin while the orig front pads look fine.
