2000 DRZ400 KICKER model

Post by gots_a_sol » Sat Nov 28, 2020 12:38 pm

Just throwing this out there if somebody wanted a project. 2000 Kick only model DRZ400 with original MSO (that says off road only).

$300 is what I gave for it so that is the price.

Carb is out of the bike, was leaking fuel from what I was told so expect to need a rebuild kit.

It *should* be complete including the side panels/seat (which are a bit rough) but I haven't gone through all the small bits I was given to verify.

I would take it off your hands for $300 if you are just looking to recoup your cost.

Thanks,

Good deal.
I make it point to not buy anything without a magic button (trials bikes excluded).

Took the DRZ for the first ride today at Taskers. Ran great, easy to start, suspension worked well in all of the rocks. I forgot how strong the DRZ motors are. Now just needs the new seat cover installed, a better skid plate, and a quieter exhaust. This thing is loud. Going to repack the silencer, but I still do not think it will be quiet enough.
