It's that off-camber turn on the side of a hill around a tree that jams people up

Ride the 3 line and at the end go back and try some of the 2 lines.

Mike- one kick start on the TY today.

I'm liking it. Although, I haven't tried to stop on a hill yet

Just set the idle low and chop the throttle and let engine brake work for you. Vintage is no stop, remember.
Those tricky turns never hurt anything but pride, now a log 4' in the air and you go head first can have negative impact.

Weekend weather looking great. For those never to Jefferson / White Rose before they have a huge open camping area and club house with food and showers. Saturday is MAVT so vintage format and sunday is D6 modern format. Conditions are normally more laid back and mostly banks / logs for sections. Easy to spectate loop also.

Covid wavier posted on MAVT Underground FB page. They greatly appreciate it if you print out and have filled out so can just hand over when at entrance gate.

It was a nice event. Very well run.

I was a little scared leaving Frederick in a light rain. But it was pretty dry up in PA.
I rode the 3 line. I cleaned some sections. Others were still challenging.
Cant wait for the next one.

Stephen, how did you and Greg make out? I didnt see you guys before I left

I didnt stick around to wait for points/scoring.

The scores are in the last upload of pictures on Facebook. It looks like you placed midpack with a final score of 25??? the picture is a little fuzzy.

I saw the posting. Im not 100% what my final score was. I know Im 10th place out of 16.
