Unfortunately I'll be seeing the ortho doc in the very near future again. I "tweaked" my knee riding on Friday. Same one I already had 2 surgeries on. Hopefully a steroid injection will fix me up. F*ck getting older
do you have knee braces? I have a set of CTi braces that are great - really helps my torn meniscus and ACL
My issue is lack of cartilage (ie cushioning), hence bone on bone. Thanks to 20+ years being an infantry paratrooper.
My legs are plenty strong and stable, but standing on the pegs like for trials for hours doesn't work.

just reinforces that there is no good reason to jump out of a perfectly good airplane!

Jumping is the easy part, it's the landings that will get you.....
