do you have knee braces? I have a set of CTi braces that are great - really helps my torn meniscus and ACL
My issue is lack of cartilage (ie cushioning), hence bone on bone. Thanks to 20+ years being an infantry paratrooper. :shrug:
My legs are plenty strong and stable, but standing on the pegs like for trials for hours doesn't work.
