End up putting in a JD Jet kit, did an O-Ring mod on the FCR carb, opened-up the air-box like an R model, removed the baffle from the exhaust (huge difference), using Engine Ice coolant, put in a Turner Fuel Mixture Screw, Filtron Stainless Steel Oil FIlter, and a handful of other mods. It runs like a completely different bike now. Still going to take some time to dial it in perfectly. But its running much cooler, no hesitation, and cold starts immediately. Thanks to everyone for their input.
