Ride Sunday 10/22

Post by drtjumper » Thu Oct 19, 2017 11:32 am

Anyone want to ride Sunday? Trying to ride as Little Rock's as possible. What is mountain ridge singletrack like? Worth a 3 hour drive? I'm tired of taskers and the cove to be honest and so is my body.

I went to Mt. Ridge for the first time last weekend and it was definitely worth a 2 hour drive but I also camped the night. There are rocks on the single track but most of the trails have sections of them that are a nice challenge keeping you from riding over your head. A couple trails are 100% rocks which I didn't care for but just don't go on em. You also can mix it up on some of the ATV trails which are a nice change of pace. It would be nice if they would waive the camping fee though. It cost me $61 for 2 days and 1 night with the group rate.

Hope this helps

Their calendar shows that they are open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in October. Sunday, October 22 shows as open 9 AM to 5 PM. Even their main page says they are open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in October.

I'm not riding, but if you guys wanted to do Mtn Ridge on this day, it appears to be open.
