Saturday 10/22 going up to Mt Ridge with a buddy from work.

Its a fun place. They have some easy trails, harder rockier trails, and even single track.

That's an overtime likely day for me, and the day before WATR's Fall Trail Ride in Eagle Bay

I down loaded some maps so hopefully, this time I can actually find the two new sections of single track.

They open up at 0900. I plan on being there a little before 0900.

I told Kevin you were coming up sat. I'm going up Sunday grandsons play football on Sat. They just added more singletrack a couple weeks ago That's 4 or 5 new ones this summer. Don't miss the one that starts from the lower end of the parking lot below the mud bog it's not on the map. Then the singletrack on the map that starts by Mt laurel you can get on it close to where wild bill crosses the north south trail it's on the left goes up over the hill then out thru the little patch between north south and deer pen trails then connects to the other singletrack. There are at least three more but I can't tell you how to get to them one is by gentle ben and comes out threw turtle trail. The oldest singletrack is all diffrent down in the bottom lots of rocks Kevin has done a hell of a job on the singletrack.. Maybe this will help a little.

Thanks Darwain. Ill make a note of the newest ones. (Not sure how successful Ill be finding it). But Im only familiar with that first section. So either way most of it is new to me!

Maybe next season you can play tour guide.

If you go to the hillclimbs on gentle ben when your sitting at the bottom of the hills go right about 100 yards on the old road and you will be in the middle of one of the new singletracks. You will see it coming down off the hill don't go up the hill go the other way.

Looks like the weather Sat is too chilly for the QOFE to take me to the planned Tandem bike riding event - SO I'll probably be coming to MR.
