This is a copy of a facebook post by Suzy Barr Fann Moody - who (back when I lived in Huntsville AL) at 12 was riding a Yamaha LT 100 and keeping up with us grown ups on our Bultacos and Pentons. As you can see she progressed to far surpass all of us!!! AND she is still riding fast and a lot in CO and AL!

Back in 2001 I got the opportunity to represent the USA at the International Six Days Enduro in France. In preparation for this event, I had to learn to change my tires in 5 minutes, from axel nut off to axel nut on. My friend Paul Clipper owned Trail Rider magazine at the time and asked me to write an article on the process. I did and we had some fun with photos. The method I describe is a good one and I still change my own tires. Hope you enjoy!
