DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

I added a poll to the top.

I was soaked in sweat 3 or 4 weeks ago when we rode the cove in the snow with temps in the 20s (if memory serves). I only had on a t-shirt, my armor, and a light jacket. Oh, I did have pants on too. ;) I'm going to be trying out a phase change cooling vest for my street riding this year. If it works well I'm going to get a setup for dirt riding too. Cold is only a problem for my hands but the heat is killer for me.

I will vote tomorrow, when the long range forecast gets to the 7th. Right now its showing a high (at Shade Mtn) of 30 and a low of 14 for Friday the 6th..... I'm leaning toward the Cove.

I'm torn. The Cove is 20 minutes away and probably not frozen (puddles!). Shade Mtn is nicer and FREE, but 2.5 hours away and probably frozen.

If The Cove gets the vote I am a maybe. Depends on what bike I can reassemble by then.............and if the trailer has a tag by then.

thats almost to hot to ride the cove! if all my parts come soon i`m in or i can do it on the 650.
