Many hands make light work. The more members that show up, the less 'work' there is for any one person, more time available to 'marshal the course'.

Like Dan says, more people working makes everything easier, and more riding for everybody that is working. We try to keep the shifts short so we do have time to "marshal."GREWUPIN_D11 wrote:Many hands make light work. Jed, while we don't have mandatory workdays, if you can come out, we'd greatly appreciated if you can put a little time in.
We usually have a dozen or so that come out on Saturday to check the course and make sure we have plenty of markers up, and eat of course. (I'm not afraid to admit, I like to eat... and drink...) For Sunday, we usually try to keep the shifts short, so the club members can get the tires rolling. The more people that work, the more chance all the WATR guys get to fall down in inconvenient places and run into things. The other upside of working is you we don't require donations to work the event.

I work on the 25th but I can probably go work this event on the 26th. It would actually be closer for me to drive there from work in the morning than from home.

I don't know if I can pull off doing both days (time will tell) but you can count on me working it on Sunday, at least.

Do we have to preregister or pay/donate on arrival?
