I have been having problems with the server running out of resources and giving errors. It is better but I'm still getting some periodically. Please report any you get to me at ken@kyler.com.

Bike Loading Fails
I have seen some of these, some are new to me, all are "darwinian" to say the least!
Lots of cool bikes---
Re: Bike Loading Fails
Especially that last one, I don't understand people not looking for ways to make the ramp less steep. He was parked right next to a 1' landscaping ledge. That would be way better than parked downhill with the tailgate up high.

Re: Bike Loading Fails
I learned that picking up some speed to look really cool loading your bike was a quick way to look really stupid years ago. It left a nice dent on the tailgate to remind me to not do that again.

I have, but it was from not paying attention and let the wheel come off the ramp. ANYTIME I have loaded a street bike (anything heavier than 300 lbs) I have help. Doing that by your self is just plain stupid, regardless of the type of ramps, unless it is a level on load like from a dock to the truck bed, that is safe to do alone.

I haven't watched it yet... don't want to see the carnage.
I'm just fortunate to have done my "ramp stupid" in the days before everybody had the ability to record video.

I hear you, there is plenty of stupid going on in that video. And muddy tires slip off the ramp really easy.Firebolter wrote:Haha, I thought everyone dropped there dirt bike off a ramp at least once...
