Does anyone know if removing the AIS on 08 WR250r have any effect the emissions test for the state of Va?

M/Cs are not tested for emissions in Va. . Only state insp.

I have a dude lives near Dulles wants to buy mine and said they have to....? and I live in Ga so I don't care.
