Ok its 2012 - Lets get to planning...

So as to not interfere with the DAMN re-union...I am proposing the following dates:

May 9th or 10th thru 13th - 2012

Once we can nail down a date for everyone, I'll start shopping out prices for camping vs cabin/lodge rentals.

OK I give up - After further review this is the weekend of "Rock on the Range" in Columbus, which I attend annually....

Someone else needs to plan this trip up, I have concluded my planning skills are well to phrase the quote: "EPIC FAILURE"

June 13-17 is Dirt Days @ Hatfield, stay away during those dates.

Who would be attending the reunion that would not be going to Hatfield?
Why not move up the Hatfield date closer to the reunion date :shrug:

You have 6 trail heads to pick from.
If camping you need to figure what trail system you want to ride and figure out what your camping options are.
Just my $.02, but if you camp close to the town of Logan you are central to 4 of the 6 trail heads and Logan has plenty of modern facilities (Walmart) for what ever you forget and a dirt bike shop in town for parts.
If you camp at the Bear Wallow trail head you only have a very short drive to the town of Man for the Rockhouse trail head and a 30 minute drive to Buffalo Mountain.
If you want to only ride one trail system then you have many options to pick from.
OldmanX has rented a house or cabin and liked how well it worked, perhaps he will jump in and add his comments.
If the date picked works for my schedule, odds are I will puss out and get a room at Chief Logan resort and one day per trail system.
IMHO Buffalo Mountain and Rockhouse trail systems have the best riding for my enjoyment, but I go to ride as much single track as possible.

April 8th - Easter
May 13th - Mothers Day

Dates that wont work for some:
April 15th weekend
May 18th weekend

Oh and we would be doing a lodge or cabin rental..I think its to early for tent camping for me. YEAH OR NEAH on the Cabins?
