Sunday was a great day to ride
I hate when the forecast is for 40 something and clouds and it turns into 60 degrees and sunshine. It screwed up my planning, but I still got a few miles in.

I went to Michaux last Sunday. I have only been therer one other time and that was the week before. good times. Got lost as hell. finally found the ranger office and he had a map. Cool place. I never did find the big overlook area but I will try agai soon. Please dont tell me where it is I want to ge lost again trying.

Michaux is a fun place. I only "discovered" it last year. I look forward to going back for some day rides. Some of the dirtroads are probably still closed for the winter season. They will open soon.

Yuppers. That's the way I feel sometimes. I ride there a lot and sometimes I get on roads I haven't been on for years and get a little disoriented. I just keep riding.

I don't think they close any roads, maybe a few for snowmobiles. But even on the north side, which is still icy, the roads are open.

I was there last spring w/ Wingfixer and Maximus. They had some closed roads, we had to re-route a few times. That summer I went back a few times the roads were open. But yes, most of it is open.
