I ordered from these folks on Sunday evening. I recieved an acknowledgement email only minutes later, on a Sunday! Then again on Monday about the out-of-stock item. Then a phone call today about the outbound shipment. Plus they had the best price on an OEM DRZ rear rack with free shipping. I'm placing my next order by the weeks end. Check them out.
