Slow and fast is a relative thing. My first trip to NJ, Kyler and I teamed up w/ two old guys. They were in their 70's and said they'd take it easy showing us how to ride on the sand. About as fast as I've ever ridden was trying to keep up w/ them.

I already paid for both days, so I plan on taking it easy this year so that I'm not burned out after the first day. I have horrible self control and usually push myself too hard trying to hang with the faster guys then I'm spent by the end. This time I plan to ride a casual pace and just enjoy the ride. Usually most people start in large groups, then split into smaller groups as the day goes on. You wind up figuring out who's riding at your pace pretty quick.

Seeing as I still hurt from last weekends trail ride, I'll be taking it pretty easy. I won't be there until Saturday morning due to repairs required from the aforementioned trail ride.

My clan is leaving mid day Friday. I can`t wait, this is going to be a great ride. I hope to get there before dark and set up camp. I`ll hang my jeresy on the front of the camper for all to see.

I plan on riding as fast as i can!!!!!
but, thats usualy pretty DAMN slow!
