No matter what, without it being listed on the flyer I think they are going to have a few peeps show up expecting to camp, they might want to come up with a close alternative camping spot just in case. I am sure it will work itself out.
Look us up! I will be the short fat guy with an old motorhome just this side of Sanford and Son.
We will probably camp Saturday evening nearby, if anyone else is camping let us know where and maybe can meet and drink.

race yes, DS rides no. I've taken AMA's risk management course and while they encourage AMA membership they state explicitly it isn't required for DS rides.

So you don't need to be an AMA member for the AMA dualsport events?

I think you will find more clubs will require AMA than those not. Any club operating an organized event without AMA insurance is just asking for trouble for the land owner and club members. It will make your head spin to hear all the cases where some jack ass did something stupid and the landowner and club members got wiped out $$$$$.
