Petes cycles is hosting a ride at Rock run on march 21,2010
They have the entire park rented out for the day.
Entry fee is $20.00 and they provide lunch and a beverage.

This is open to dirt bikes and atv's

I think im going to take the kids up and ride this one.401dan and i stoped in petes to have a look around and thats when we were told about the ride.Troy told us that there group will go up saterday and spend the nite in a hotel.Anybody want to go up and check this place out.

that is almost 3 hours away from me - I'll let the northern DAMN contingent check it out.

It would be a good place to take kids, plenty of easier trails.
Having the park rented out would be cool.
This place is owned by the state, so if you have a quad it has to be registered and insured. Dirt bikes just need spark arrestors.

Take what Boom Boom says to heart on this one & check with the facility. It would be a shame to show up with your kids & then tell them you couldn't ride because of something that could have been taken care of.

Other than that the trails are fairly easy. Your kids will love it. Watch for the two way traffic is all I can say. Have a great time.

We did a NEOC harescramble up there last year. All trails 4wheeler wide and friendly. nice place from what I saw. We plan on going up for a weekend this year. also Fischers ATV world is doing a ride there with some country music stars. It took about an hour and a half from Cumberland. 220n to Altoona turn left.

pete's cycle and polaris are renting site for the day no reg required just $20.00 entry fee for the day to ride must sign up by march 10th at pete's includes lunch for each entry as well. they also have a HELL OF A DEAL on new honda 700 atv ind susp was $7.895 now $3.995 they purchased 70 from honda as clearence special atv was sweet looking too.2009 year
