I think Avon makes some vintage racing tires which are probably available in those sizes. Pirelli makes a couple of dual sport tires in your sizes; the Scorpion Trail and the MT 90 ST. Both look to be extremely street biased. I ran the MT 90's on my DRZ before I got the SM wheels for it. They gave a nice smooth ride and were reasonably grippy. But, by far, the best dualsport street tires I have run are Bridgestone Trail Wings. They aren't very good off road, especially where mud or grass is involved, but they have awesome grip on the road. Metzeler might make some sport/street/vintage race tires in your sizes too. Back in the mid 80's ME 33 and ME 99 in race compound were about the hottest sport bike tires you could get.
