Lo siento mucho, can't ride tomorrow. I'm free Tues and Wed for the snow, and on Thursday I have childcare duty.

It is true -- when the thermometer doesn't get out of the 20's,
that is fairly effective ointment.
You know how you're always reading advice "not to ride outside your abilities." Today was outside my abilities.
I admire the hell out of you guys for being able to not kill yourselves on those icy roads and trails.
