Oh, cool! I'd pretty much written this off, but if it's going to happen, I'll get the appropriate bike ready!

Is this still on? Currently planning on showing up in the morning, riding all day, then riding home in the evening.

t

Yes!!!

This is still going to happen

New single track was cut-in last weekend. Now Open are Dave's Black Bear Hill and the Honeysuckle trail. I expect 75% won't get to the top Dave's on the first attempt. Super soft and loamy with a double step-up at the end.

The overall trail system is in good shape. However, I am asking everyone ONLY on their first loop to bring some trimmers and cut back the overgrowth and toss some rocks out of the way. Nothing as bad as last year, but some real work nevertheless. The face you save could be your own!

The SAVAGE RIVER DUAL SPORT RIDE has become a goal. It will just be ridden on the MD side of the river. About hour trip. Hope to start that by 3 Saturday. Keeping weather in mind.

Putting in a new well pump in for the building has become the primary objective. The old one is out of the well and I plan to pick-up the new Friday.

I'm sorry Jim, I'm out of this one. I thought for sure this was still going to be cancelled. I'll be with the group going up to dualsport around in PA on Thursday/Friday. Doing two rides in one weekend would cause some family strife.

I hope to make the next Barton ride.

Aren’t you properly trained to handle strife ? It’s only a wife and a extra night 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Are there details of what time things are on Saturday (tomorrow)?

What is the DS component like? Would a plated 300 two stroke be okay, or should I get out in the garage and put some dirt wheels on my DRZ?

I'm more than happy to just show up for the morning and help clean up trails, too.

I guess the biggest question here is, what time do I show up? :)

Thanks,

~Patrick
