when they slice the CEO's salary by 50% and fire 9000 employees, it is a big deal

Yea things haven't been looking great for them the last few years. They dumped the NV vans in 21 and the Titan this year.

I would love to get a new Z in the driveway

The only Nissan I'd be interested in is the GTR

Anyone know if the NV vans were troubled with problems or just not big sellers?

We have 4 of them for work with the oldest (2012) just turning over 250k. The only major work on the 2 oldest vans has been struts/shocks and both needed a/c work (compressor on one, can't remember what the other needed). Just had to replace the cats on the '12 due to not passing emissions but they were the originals still.

They sold them with the Titan V8 also

Hey, thanks. Great data points. That performance sounds reasonable to me over the time period. From my limited research, I think overall length for cargo is the perceived big drawback for the design?? Not sure that bothers me, but again, I'm not versed well enough in van specs yet to fully understand the +/-'s.

Yea you basically have 8' from the seats back. But the pro of the design is the drivers area isn't as cramped as a standard configured van can be (I haven't driven a Transit or Promaster enough to say how much different they are though)

The 4.0 V6 actually runs pretty good even with the high top vans we have. Enough we can trip hard accel warnings on the dash cams :lol2:

The low tops do look better though. Honestly if I had a do over on buying my truck I'd have strongly put an NV3500/V8 in my top 3 picks.
