I enjoy following the Dakar. I watch all the race coverage but I especially like the bikes and the SXS classes. The big trucks are pretty cool too.

We have a couple Americans in the hunt!

Its neat to watch Sara Price in the SSV/T4 class. She is doing great for her first Dakar. An American female on the podium might be a first.

I enjoyed watching the action this year.

Great to see an American win the bike class! Nice job Brabec.

I was bummed to see Gutherie have mechanical issues on the LAST day of racing and lose 1st place. Thats rough.
Was also a bummer for Sara Price to do so well and have issues on 2nd to last day and miss a podium finish. Amazing job for ANY rookie much less a female. Would be great to see her win in the coming years.

And in the other buggy class, Gutierrez took first! Only 2nd woman to ever win a class at Dakar
