Just in case any of you guys weren't aware :lol2:

Has its perks though. Old place

Been crazy busy trying to get the new place cleaned up. Lots of debris and trash left about. It is pretty flat but I hope to get some single track out in the woods and maybe a little enduro cross/trials section going, which means buying a trials bike too I guess

That's a diamond in the rough, outstanding! What are we looking at there, room for all the inlaws?

Yes there is a double wide plus another spot where a previous house burnt down.

The FIL and his fiancee are going to live in the double wide once they get it fixed up some. We have a camper set up on the burnt down spot with my woman's mom living in it for now since she was in an elder abuse situation and needed an out.

Long term plan is to build a rental house or two in the front lot along the driveway. There is already a septic up there, would need to drill another well though.

Purple square would be rental. Red line is potential single track. Green arrow for pew pew once I get a back stop built up. Obviously no riding while shooting is happening :lol2:

Trail coming together. Current at 1.2 miles. Pretty easy trail to not discourage the kid or other newbies.

Gps'd it on my mountain bike the other day to see the areas I can fill in.

Cool! A nice easyish loop is a good start. Then you can start adding little “options”
