Oh, yeah, I've used mylers before and considered them before I searched ebay. They would be more money so I went with the ebay one.

Started welding the box together for the chipper truck I put a dump bed on. There's a small angle on the front of the box so it can slide under tree limbs more easily than a square edge. There will be 3 cross bars (front, middle, rear) that I'll incorporate as a ladder rack. The roof will only cover the front 4'. I'll build roughly 2' tall split doors that connect to each other and pin to the tailgate. The metal is already cut to finish this project except for the doors. I have 6 more cans of spray paint and 2 gallons of rustoleum to paint everything. I also need to build the fenders, but that will be easy.

Today I did a few of what I hope to be the last few things I need to get the Twin ready for our ride to Alaska. I installed a kit that raised the front fender about an inch and a half:

I also installed an auto chain oiler, recommended by On/Off!

I also replaced the cheapo quick disconnect fittings that came with the aux tank and ran new fuel lines. No pictures of that work but here's one of the aux tank install:

F*** work.

‘95 G20 still only has 80k. My dad bought it for his retirement. I got it about 10 years ago.

Looks like a bit of weight on the back of the Twin. How’s the subframe on those things.
