Cleaning Goggles

Post by Firebolter » Tue Sep 24, 2019 10:57 am

I recently bought some new plastic bins to better organize my riding gear. Decided to go through my gear and clean it all up and get it all sorted and organized. I have 6 pairs of goggles and they had dirt all around the edges of the lenses and generally dirty. Normally I would do the ole windex and a cloth to clean them, but I just dropped them in the washer, added a cleaning pod, put it on delicate and low level with cold water. Dang if they didn't come out looking like new! Now I got all six pair clean and ready for use!

I think it goes without saying, DON'T PUT THEM IN THE DRYER! :nono:

There could be some "blonde" riders, just sayin' :freakey:

That does not work well for dual pane lenses. Water will get in between them.
