Shouldn't you rethink the colors you've asked for? I think it will not be good on a brown tee. If only it is considerably lighter or darker than the logo's dirt color.

Actually I played a little bit and have to take it back. Does look kinda cool at least with the shade I used.

Everyone chooses his type of shirt and color. We can mix all we want, just need to be minimum 36 tees together.

For those who will not give any preference I might go for regular Gildan T and black color.
