Can we throw up a tent next to the vans/trucks? I was gonna bring my little tent just for the night we get there and the night we leave.

Not going but I can answer that, no. The parking area is a public parking lot and the local police do roll by and over night camping is not allowed. Just bum some floor space with one of the guys with a room. Rooms I have rented were big, easy room for a mat on the floor.

Didn't pay much attention to this as I was not sure I will make it.
I would gladly share a room (or trailer) if anyone has more beds than ppl :).

If there's no beds left - is there anyone still like me, homeless, we could share then? :lol2:

I think Darrel was asking this same question in the other thread.

I'm looking to crash on the floor of someone's room if they are willing to let me. I'll pay 1/3 of the cost of the room, just trying to save some money for the trip.

Ok, I reserved the room (19th and 24th) with one double and one single bed. For now it's for 2 persons, for additional $15/night there can sleep 3. Hopefully someone will share it with me :D. Don't have exact sum yet and forgot what Kathy said, but the total was smth between $156 and $165 (for <=2 persons). For 3 it will be +$30.
If there are 3 of us, there is slight inconvenience - the double bed. But it's not the end of the world, if the other guy is not coming to my side during the night :nono: :D

I usually sleep on my back, so I'm kinda safe there :lol2:
