I can really identify with this (with one exception). In every class I've ever taken, I was told by (short instructors) that I didn't need to raise the handlebars, move the pegs, etc. Finally - some validation.

Im sure the pro instructors have a point and they are probably right.
However, 99.9% will never even be in their same ballpark. Some mods for comfort are more than worth it. I think fatigue kills us most of the time and then we start making lots of mistakes.
