Struck out so far. Even Mike K couldn't source the correct petcock.

DAMN thing sits on the cooling fins, very low profile.

So...I shimmed up the rear of the tank a bit and cut the lever on the new petcock...nothing hits, seems to work with no leaks. I might have it fixed.
