I have been having problems with the server running out of resources and giving errors. It is better but I'm still getting some periodically. Please report any you get to me at ken@kyler.com.

Done.
When the State had to repair Savage reservoir dam I had time due to unemployment. I went to all the meetings about the effects on the Savage fishery. The DNR is one of the better run State agencies. They understood the concern of fisherman and did everything possible to address them. They did a good job. Hopefully that'll be the case here as well.
