Was Jack Penton the guest of honor from last year who went home on a stretcher?

Ah, yes. "We had our Shenandoah 500 this weekend. Jack Penton crashed and got a concussion. Couldn't remember where he was or what he was doing. Haven't heard the latest but they let him out of the hospital later that night."

Rumor was when they called his wife, she said something along the lines of, "Oh, again? Okay." :amazon:

Keep an eye here if you want one of the guys will usually post a link for it. Its a real nice ride. This dualsport always stands out to me bc its generally less technical, this is the only one we can really bring the sidecar too. However you will do more mileage per day. Its very a very pretty ride that is a good time. If all the options are skipped, it can be a good ride for noobs and the less experienced.

This is my second favorite ride behind dirty dabbers. Without the options its very similar to the ride. Some of the options can be challenging though, right Phil? :peep:

If you go to their web site you can send an email to them to request to be notified when registration opens.

Yes, be sure to register *immediately* once it opens. Now, I did get off the waiting list, and I was somewhere over 100 when I signed up three days after it opened, but it's not worth the stress. Sign up early; it's a good time.
