Mayer Seat - aka Happy Ass!

Post by Rut Row » Wed Jun 20, 2012 5:12 pm

My Rick Mayer seat arrived! :loveit:

Here's a picture of it compared to the Renazco.

Image

I sat on it for a bit (wearing shorts and sandals) and it felt like I was sliding forward a touch. I'll go for a ride this weekend and see how it feels whist wearing all my gear.

I'm a bit surprised how much lower it is than the Renazco. I sent him pictures of me sitting on both the Renazaco and the stock seat. This is what he made. Time will tell.

I did a short ride (about an hour) tonight. The first 1/2 it felt weird as in low and too far forward. The second half it was feeling good. Coming down Gillardi Rd (standing) it felt great!

I think I need a ride to Oakland to be sure :ride:
