Whats that bike??

In the slide show there is a picture of 5 bikes but only 4 guys (22 of 30 pics) The one with the dirtbike front end but it looks like a blue/black cruiser. What is it an who is it?

I couldn't tell untill I enlarged it, but I know now. I haven't seen many of them, in person.

Oh, almost forgot to mention, I didn't know :shrug: there was a slide show! Thank you!!! :bow:

The 250 is water cooled. The 125 and 650 are air cooled.
