Manchester, MD. Dual Sport Rider

Hey Everyone, I just started looking for other dual sport riders. I just turned age 34 and my wife tells me I need friends that ride on/off road so I'm not stranded with a broken leg again like I was in 2007. I might as well tell you my embarrassing story now to get it out of the way. I hit a big old steamy pile of in some long grass, then took a nice roll down a hill leaving me with 5 screws and a "L" bracket in my leg. It really wasn't painful but the smell of for the next 24hrs while I was in Hanover Hospital really stunk...
So, if you live within 20 miles of me and aren't afraid to hit random trails on the weekend. Please feel free to PM me.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sure you'll find people to ride with on here. I'm up for a ride anytime but if I go without the little head I catch some of what you slipped in. I'll be tagging my DR soon.

Check out the "view active topics" link in the upper left they have some ride planned.

Welcome, I live just over the hill from you in Hereford. I have a long time riding buddy who lives in Manchester. His name is Russell Fleming and he rides a Concours C-10 as well as a C-14 and is always hosting COG rides at his house. Maybe you have seen 20 or 30 bikes parked in his front yard...

You have a very ecelectic collection of old Hondas. I grew up on my parents farm riding a 1982 Honda Big Red and after crashing that into little bitty pieces, moved on to a 1986 Honda TRX 250 which I still have to this day. Another buddy of mine has an 87' 250x so I can certainy related all your 80's Hondas.

Keep an eye out for upcoming rides, we are going to put something together to RAC very soon. Looking forward to riding with you.....
