sorry joe.. i believe that seat will only fit the 2008 and up frame unfortunately (with the exception of the SX line which always has the following year's XC/XCW/XCF/XCFW/EXC frame one year early).. my 2007 525 seat is different than my 2008 250 seat and are not interchangeable.. (my life would be much easier if they were)
