No, just roll on the throttle, all controled from the electric motor. MikeyD on ADV Rider just had one posted for sale, also had a XR-50 seat mounted for it to sit down ride.

I've checked out the OSETs before. I think they are pretty cool. In a few years I may try to get one for my kid. With the silent motor I think you could get away w/ riding around the neighborhood.


Probably not the best thing to take on a trail ride and end up w/ a dead battery too far from the truck....
